Client Reporting

Our Client Reporting department is comprised of a team of experienced staff accountants supervised by a financial expert with CPA credentials. The team’s sole role is to provide monitoring, financial analysis and reporting services for each of our facilities. This ensures that our clients are receiving ongoing feedback on a facility’s performance and allows for the expedited resolution of any issues that arise.

Operational Excellence

The Operational Excellence department assists with improving a location’s Net Operating Income (NOI) by conducting market research, and consulting on pricing, parking equipment and tools, and payroll costs.

Internal Audit

The Internal Audit department provides independent, objective assurance, and consulting services designed to add value and improve our clients’ operations. It helps organizations accomplish their objectives by bringing a systematic, and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk assessment, control, and governance processes. Internal Audits are designed to conform to all respective municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations across Canada to ensure our clients are in full compliance on all civic levels.
