TD Place

SP+ has had the privilege of transporting spectators to and from dozens of events to what is now the most modern arena in the City of Ottawa. In addition to hosting concerts and special events, TD Place is home to the Ottawa Redblacks CFL team and the Ottawa Fury FC. Our event managers have worked closely with stakeholders, including the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) and Ottawa City Hall.

In cooperation with our partners, we have been able to report on issues observed by our conscientious staff to help improve way-finding and security at the venue, as well as satellite lots, to offer the best and safest experience to attendees.

Whether cheering with fans after a win, picking up their spirits after a loss, or singing along with concert goers, our event staff has worked dutifully to create positive interactions, resolve logistic issues, and achieve outstanding customer experience.
