Students and Recent Graduates

We are looking for the next generation of innovators to help drive our standards relating to integrity, professionalism, excellence, and customer service.


Our interns are immersed in a training program that allows them to observe, participate, and gain knowledge of the parking and transportation industry. Interns are responsible for assisting with the operational management of their assigned locations, fostering good client and customer relations, and assisting with the development of programs to improve property level financial and operational goals.

Manager in Training Program

Our Manager in Training Program is designed to prepare highly talented college graduates for leadership roles in SP+ operations. The program includes leadership, operations, and customer service curriculum, and promotes continuous learning. Management supports participants through mentoring and ongoing training, development, and performance feedback. Upon completion of the program, participants will be considered for Facility Manager opportunities within SP+.

Partnerships with Schools

We participate in local career fairs and partner with colleges and universities across the country to place new talent in management roles. Our recruiters work with students in translating the skills that they learned in school into successful careers at SP+.
