Robert N. Sacks
Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary
Mr. Sacks has served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary since March 1998. Previously, Mr. Sacks served as general counsel and secretary from 1988 until 1989, as vice president, secretary and general counsel from 1989 until 1997, and as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel from 1997 to March 1998. Mr. Sacks received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University in 1976, and in 1979 received his J.D. degree from Suffolk University where he was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review.
