Parking Operations Review

The purpose of the Parking Operations Review (POR) Program is to improve our operations by quickly remediating all deficiencies not complaint with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). In order to do so, all Senior Managers are expected to truthfully and diligently complete a POR Compliance Review for their locations, while Facility Managers are expected to correct any deficiencies. The POR scores are then monitored and reviewed by the POR Compliance Group, and provided to the Executive Management team with recommendations on necessary operational improvements for each region.
